Developed complete plans for family rooms and other spaces that included built-ins, fireplaces, closet systems, and other complex elements; also took on new addition projects involving construction. Sketched floor plans based on clients' preferences and vision following initial consultations, then presented two different scenarios to give them options. Managed processes for each phase of design, including coordination of electrical, carpentry, moldings, and finish work; monitored expenditures carefully to stay within allotted budgets.
