Northgate Custom Homes/Enzo Investments 10 2006 - 07 2007 Contact: Virginia King Project Coordinator/ Sales Assistant Showroom Specialist - Coordinated meetings with new homebuyers for the initial spec selection and upgrades Advised clients on interior design factors during the interior selection process as for color selection, fixtures, flooring, stone material, backsplashes.,etc. Maintained detail change orders, purchase orders, and selections for clients files Communicated pricing on selections and time of the process for finalization Finalized all standard and any upgrades selections requested by the homebuyer prior to closing. Created all flooring, painting and stone material palette samples for the builder and the homebuyer. Verified and posted all invoices received using the QuickBooks program and ensured payments were made on a timely manner. Maintained separate individual files for invoices received for each entity. Ensured that the accounts payable aging report remained current. Managed approximately twenty-five entities simultaneously. As the investment company purchased property and developed the land, the construction company built the homes and created new communities. Assisted Purchasing Agent in entering purchase orders in QuickBooks. Implemented PO's for the superintendents on daily basis for extra material. Entered new home PO's for new communities ground and up.
