Litton Loan Servicing Escrow Specialist Houston, Texas Jan 2006 to Present Responsible for setting up escrow accounts for newly acquired loans, tracking insurance information for non-escrowed loans, and compiling flood data for reporting purposes.

Allied Waste Management, Inc., National Accounts Administrative Assistant Houston, Texas Dec 2002 to Sept 2005 Provided administrative support to both the Managing Director of National Accounts and the Senior Controller. Responsible for Sarbanes Oxley testing, coordinating the assignment of division purchase orders, coordinating archived records, and administering petty cash. Additional responsibilities included office management duties, developing division policies and interpreting and translating existing policies for the development of policy procedures. Coordinated new office build-out as point person for all contractors. Administrative duties also included coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing expense reports and presentations, creating spreadsheets, working special projects and composing and producing general correspondence.

Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District Curriculum Secretary Houston, Texas Jan 2002 to Dec 2002 Provided administrative and secretarial support to both the Director of Middle School Curriculum and the Language Arts Coordinator for Grades 2 - 5. Responsible for creating documentation for student testing and teacher workshops, composing general correspondence, organizing meetings and maintaining multiple budget accounts.

Lagos Vista Independent School District Purchasing Lago Vista, Texas Aug 1999 to Jul 2001 Created purchase orders for all school district personnel from submitted requisitions and acted as liaison between school district and vendors. Created tracking reports and general correspondence. Posted purchase orders to general ledger, verifying funds availability and accuracy of ledger to outstanding purchase orders.

Dell Computer Corp. Administrative Assistant Round Rock, Texas Jan 1998 to Oct 1998 Provided administrative and secretarial support for Treasury Department and provided Investor Relations information to shareholders and potential shareholders. Duties included producing monthly meeting agendas and presentations, converting daily bank reports for EFT reporting, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining analyst database.

Champion Technologies, Inc., Executive Assistant Houston, Texas Jul 1995 to Oct 1997 Resumed administrative and secretarial duties for President/Chief Executive Officer. Duties included composing and producing general correspondence, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, the administration of corporate scholarship program, and assisting President with various civic and political activities as well as handling his personal bookkeeping.

Administrative Assistant Jul 1992 to Jun 1995 Provided administrative and secretarial support for Vice President, International Division of petrochemical company and ten international managers. Duties included general correspondence, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, coordinating international chemical orders for shipment, being responsible for bid proposals and the compilation of division budget.
